This portal provides our employees a variety of tools. Click the LOG IN​ button in the top right of the webpage to get started.

Once logged in, employees are able to:

• Clock in and out via Time & Attendance (powered by Executime)
• Request time off
• View check stubs and tax documents
• Apply to transfer to another position

Once logged in to ESS, the Employment Opportunities section allows current employees the ability to:

• View current job openings
• Submit your application for job openings
• Track application status
• Maintain applicant profile information

Current City employees should use this link to log into Employee Self Service​ to access employment opportunities.


Outside applicants should use this link to view and register to apply for current employment opportunities. ​
